舒适护理在老年精神障碍患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing on elderly patients with mental disorder.Methods Seventy-two elderly patients with mental disorders admitted to Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau and Home for the Aged Guangzhou from October 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the routine group (n=36) and the comfort group (n=36) by random draw.Routine nursing intervention was carried out in the routine group, while comfort nursing intervention was carried out in the comfort group.The scores of activity of daily living scale (ADL), mini-mental state examination (MMSE), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the ADL score of the comfort group was lower than that of the routine group.The MMSE score of the comfort group was higher than that of the routine group.The SAS and SDS scores of the comfort group were lower than those of the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing in the elderly patients with mental disorders can effectively improve the mental state of elderly patients with mental disorders and improve their cognitive function and daily living ability.It has good application effect.
