指导性加强患者自我健康护理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of guiding patient self-health care for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods Sixty patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected.They were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to the sampling method.The observation group used the guiding patient self-health care model, while the control group used the routine nursing model, the total effective rate and lung function indicators of the two groups (the forced expiratory volume in one second [FEV1]accounted for the predicted percentage, FEV1/the forced vital capacity [FVC], FEV1) situation were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, higher than that of the control group (73.33%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before the nursing, the lung function indexes (FEV1 accounted for the predicted percentage, FEV1/FVC, FEV1) were not significantly different (P＞0.05).After nursing, the two groups of FEV1 acconted for the predicted percentage, FEV1/FVC and FEV1 were higer that those before nuring, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05), and the FEV1 acconted for the predicted percentage, FEV1/FVC and FEV1 were higher than the control group.The differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of guiding self-health care measures in the nursing of patients with COPD can improve the lung function of patients and improve the nursing effect.The clinical application and promotion value are high.
