鼻内镜治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods Eighty-eight patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital from October 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into control group (44 cases) and observation group (44 cases) according to their wishes.The patients in the control group were treated by routine operation, and the patients in the observation group were treated by nasal endoscopy.The clinical effect, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, visual analogue scale (VAS) score, clinical symptom scores, and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.45%, which was higher than that in the control group (79.55%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, and VAS score was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores of facial pain, olfactory disturbance, nasal obstruction, nasal secretion,dizziness and headache in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.55%, which was lower than that in the control group (18.18%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of nasosinusitis with nasal polyp by nasal endoscopy can effectively improve the symptoms of the nasal cavity, improve the treatment efficiency, and the surgical trauma is small, and the postoperative complications are few, so it is worth popularizing and applying.
