| Effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training on pelvic floor function of parturient women |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with pelvic floor muscle training on the pelvic floor function of parturient women.Methods A total of 60 primiparas diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis.According to the different research methods, they were divided into control group (n=30) and study group (n=30).The control group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument alone，and the study group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training.The lactation initiation time, duration of lochia, pelvic floor muscle tone score, urinary incontinence score between two groups were compared.Results The time of lactation initiation and duration of lochia in the study group were shorter than that in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).After treatment, the score of pelvic floor muscle tension in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P＜0.05), while the score of urinary incontinence was lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training has a positive effect on the recovery of pelvic floor function of parturient women, which can promote the early lactation, discharge lochia and relieve the symptoms of urinary incontinence, it can be popularized in clinical practice.
