冠心病患者经皮冠脉介入术后延续性护理的研究进展

Abstract At this stage, with the change of people′s living habits and eating habits, the incidence and mortality of coronary heart disease in China have increased, and the age of onset shows a younger trend.Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is one of the important methods for the treatment of coronary heart disease, which uses cardiac catheterization to dredge the coronary artery lumen with stenosis or even occlusion, so as to improve the blood perfusion of ischemic myocardium.At present, it has become one of the importart methods to treat partents with coronary heart disease.However, the occurrence of major adverse cardiac events (MACE) such as restenosis, stent thrombosis and new heart failure after PCI limits the long-term efficacy of PCI.To address this problem, the European Society of Cardiology guidelines recommend that patients after PCI need routine antiplatelet therapy to effectively inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce the incidence of long-term MACE events.In addition, due to the acceleration of population aging, the limited level of medical knowledge and regional development differences, poor drug compliance is common in PCI patients,which significantly reduces the short-term and long-term prognosis of PCI patients.In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the application of continuous nursing in clinical practice.It usually refers to the continuous nursing from hospital to family, through a series of effective intervention measures for patients, to ensure that they benefit from continuous care in different situations.This paper summarized the research progress of continuous nursing after PCI for patients with coronary heart disease, and provided reference basis for clinical nursing.
