中医综合护理在颈椎病患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) by random number table method.The patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine for 2 weeks.The activity of cervical vertebrae, visual analogue scale (VAS), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), serum endothelin (ET) and prostacyclin (PGI2) were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of nursing, the cervical flexion activity, right flexion activity and left flexion activity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing, the VAS and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can improve cervical spondylosis patients cervical range of motion, reduce pain, improve sleep quality, and reduce bad mood.
