青壮年脑卒中的独立危险因素分析

Abstract [Abstract]Objective To analyze the independent risk factors influencing stroke in young adults.Methods A total of 60 young adult patients with stroke who were treated in Liaoning Provincial People′s Hospital during the period from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in stroke group.A total of 60 healthy young adults who underwent physical examination in the same period in Liaoning Provincial People′s Hospital were enrolled as healthy group.The differences in gender，drinking，diabetes mellitus，long-acting contraceptives，vertebral artery dissection and patent foramen ovale（PFO）were compared between stroke group and healthy group.Logistic regression equation was performed to analyze the independent risk factors influencing stroke in young adults.Results The proportions of patients with drinking not less than 30 g/d，hypertension，frequency of long-acting contraceptives not less than 3 times/year，vertebral artery dissection and PFO in stroke group were higher than those in healthy group，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Logistic regression analysis showed that amount of alcohol not less than 30 g/d（β=0.227，OR=1.255，95%CI=1.129-1.395），hypertension（β=0.139，OR=1.149，95%CI=1.069-1.236），diabetes mellitus（β=0.284，OR=1.328，95%CI=1.200-1.471），use frequency of long-acting contraceptives not less than 3 times/year（β=0.276，OR=1.318，95%CI=1.223-1.420），vertebral artery dissection（β=0.262，OR=1.300，95%CI=1.211-1.395）and PFO（β=0.271，OR=1.311，95%CI=1.215-1.415）were all independent risk factors influencing stroke in young adults（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Drinking，hypertension，diabetes mellitus，use frequency of long-acting contraceptives，vertebral artery dissection and PFO are all risk factors influencing stroke in young adults.
