个性化疼痛护理对急诊肾结石患者生理应激反应和疼痛程度的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of personalized pain nursing on physiological stress response and pain level in patients with emergency kidney stones.Methods Sixty patients with emergency kidney stones admitted to our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,patients in the study group received personalized pain nursing.The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI),and postoperative blood pressure and heart rate changes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in pain degree between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).The pain degree of the two groups was lower than that of the before the intervention,and which in the study group was lighter than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of SAS,SDS,VAS and PSQI between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS,VAS and PSQI the two groups were lower than that of before the intervention,and which in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The postoperative heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Personalized pain nursing in patients with emergency kidney stones can effectively alleviate the pain level,improve mental state and sleep quality,and reduce the physiological stress response of patients.
