缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的效果及安全性

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Valsartan combined with Amlodipine Besylate in treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 107 cases of patients with hypertension and who treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects in this study,and the patients were divided into the reference group(53 cases)and the study group(54 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group were treated with Amlodipine Besylate,while the study group were treated with Valsartan combined with Amlodipine Besylate.The clinical effect,the blood pressure level and adverse reactions before and after treatment of two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before the treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)between two groups were compared,and there was no significant difference(P＞0.05).After the treatment,the levels of SBP and DBP of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of SBP and DBP in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,and there was no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Valsartan combined with Amlodipine Besylate in treatment of hypertension is significant,which can effectively improve the SBP and DBP pressure of patients,and the adverse reactions are less,thus it is worth promoting and applying.
