黄体酮联合地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Progesterone combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods Sixty patients with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into a reference group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases)according to the odd-even group method.The reference group was treated with Progesterone.The observation group was treated with Progesterone combined with Dydrogesterone.The human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone levels,symptom relief and disappearance time,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The symptom relief and disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the reference group(76.67%).The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Progesterone combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion patients,can improve human chorionic gonadotropin,progesterone levels,shorten the time to symptom relief and the disappearance of symptoms,with less adverse reactions,higher clinical efficiency,rehabilitation of the disease promote.
