酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片辅助喜炎平注射液治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Clostridium Butyricum Enterococcus Triple Viable Tablets combined with Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of children with pneumonia secondary diarrhea.Methods Fifty children with pneumonia secondary diarrhea treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,25 cases in each group.The control group was given Xiyanping Injection,while the study group was given Clostridium Butyricum Enterococcus Triple Viable Tablets based on the treatment of the control group.The improvement time of symptoms,hospitalization time,effective rate of clinical treatment and the levels of glucagon before meal(Glu),motilin(MTL)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)were compared between two groups.Results The antipyretic time,antidiarrheal time and dehydration correction time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of Glm,MTL and VIP in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of Glu、MTL and VIP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The effect of study group was better than that of control group(U=2.02,P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(χ2=3.39,P＞0.05).Conclusion Clostridium Butyricum Enterococcus Triple Viable Tablets combined with Xiyanping Injection can attenuate clinical symptoms,shorten treatment time and improve treatment efficiency,which is worthy of clinical application.
