单孔腹腔镜鞘状突高位结扎术治疗小儿鞘膜积液的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of single hole laparoscopic high ligature of sheath process in the treatment of hydrocele in children.Methods A total of 900 children with hydrocele treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random digital table method,450 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional high ligature of sheath process.The observation group was treated with single hole laparoscopic high ligature of sheath process.The surgical indexes and complications were compared between two groups.Results The operation was smooth in both groups,and the success rate was 100%,the difference had no statistical significance(P＞0.05).There were no significant differences in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P＞0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of single-hole laparoscopy in the treatment of children′s sheath effusion is accurate,the trauma is small,the postoperative recovery is rapid,the complication rate is low,and it has high effectiveness and safety.
