AbstractObjective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Wenyang Decoction combined with Westernmedicine treating chronic heart failure(CHF)with partial hypotension.Methods A total of 68 cases of CHF with partial hypotension admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=34).The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Wenyang Decoction combined with Western medicine.The cardiac function index,heart rate,blood pressure and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and heart rate of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion YiqiWenyang Decoction combined with Western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy and cardiac function of patients with CHF and partial hypotension.It can slow down heart rate and control blood pressure levelwithin normal range.It has high clinical application value.
