微信软件管理对老年人髋关节功能恢复和生活自理能力的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of Wechat software management on the recovery of hip function and self-care ability in the elderly.Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group (33 cases) and the study group (33 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing and discharge follow-up the control group, the study group was managed by Wechat software,and the patients in both groups were followed up for 3 months.The two groups of patients self-management ability,Harris hip score scale, self care ability scale (ADL) score and patient satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results The scores of the self-management ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the Harris score and ADL score between the two groups at discharge (P＞0.05).The Harris score and ADL score of the two groups at 3 months after discharge were higher than those at discharge (P＞0.05).The Harris and ADL score of the study group at 3 months after discharge was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Patients in the study group had higher satisfaction scores in all dimensions than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Wechat software management in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures can improve self-management ability and self-care ability, promote the recovery of hip function of patients, and patients have higher satisfaction.
