身痛逐瘀汤联合手术治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with surgery in the treatment of proximal humerus fracture.Methods A total of 86 patients with proximal humerus fractures who were treated in our hospital orthopaedics department from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to whether the Shentong Zhuyu Decoction was used, with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the proximal humerus anatomic locking plate surgery, the observation group was treated with the Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with the proximal humerus anatomic locking plate surgery.The excellent rate of shoulder function, various recovery indexes, and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups; the X-ray and 3D CT images of the observation group before and after surgery were analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of shoulder joint function in the observation group was 95.35%, higher than 79.07% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The swelling resolution time, hospitalization time, epiphyseal appearance time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Treatment of proximal humeral fractures with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction can improve the excellent rate of shoulder joint function, shorten the swelling subsidence time, hospitalization time, epiphyseal appearance time and fracture healing time, and reduce the incidence of complications.Clinical application.
