哮喘管家舒保在中重度哮喘患者中的管理效果及对用药依从性、哮喘控制测试评分的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Shubao, an asthma housekeeper, on the management of patients with moderate to severe asthma and its influence on medication compliance and asthma control test (ACT) score. Methods A total of 76 patients with moderate to severe asthma treated in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects. The patients were divided into control group (n=38) and observation group (n=38) according to computer random number method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given asthma housekeeper Shubao on the basis of the control group. After six months of nursing, the effect of patients was evaluated. The compliance of medication, ACT score and pulmonary function of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance of medication, diet, rehabilitation exercise, regular review and living habits of in the observation group was higher than those of the control group after 6 months of Shubao administration; ACT scores in the observation group were higher than that in the control group at 1, 2, 3 months and 6 months after nursing; forced vital capacity(FVC) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 6 months after nursing, the forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) and maximum expiratory flow (PEF) levels were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Shubao, an asthma housekeeper, can improve the treatment compliance, ACT score and pulmonary function of patients with moderate to severe asthma, which is worthy of popularization and application.
