腹腔镜阑尾切除术与开腹阑尾切除治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy and open appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects, they were divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic appendectomy, the control group was treated with open appendectomy.Surgical indicators, visual analog scale (VAS) scores before and after surgery, and total complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score before surgery between the two groups (P＞0.05).The VAS scores in the observation group at 6, 12, and 24 hours after surgery were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy is applied to acute appendicitis, which can shorten the operation time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time, reduce the amount of bleeding, relieve the patient′s postoperative pain, and reduce the incidence of complications.
