| Application effect of quality nursing in lung cancer patients |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of quality nursing measures in patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with lung cancer in Fushun Central Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing.On this basis,quality nursing was given to the observation group.The Zung self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score,Zung self-rating depression scale (SDS) score,incidence of digestive tract reaction,incidence of skin mucosal injury,incidence of myelosuppression,and nursing compliance scores and overall satisfaction with care between two groups were compared.Results The SAS score of the observation group ([41.12±5.82]points) was lower than that of the control group ([49.87±6.68]points),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The SDS score of the observation group ([40.59±6.68]points) was lower than that of the control group ([48.81±8.83]points),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of digestive tract reaction in the observation group (64.00%) was lower than that in the control group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of skin mucosal injury in the observation group (42.00%) was lower than that in the control group (66.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of myelosuppression in the observation group (46.00%) was lower than that in the control group(78.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The compliance score of the observation group ([94.68±5.16]points) was higher than that of the control group ([86.62±5.51]points),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing patients in the observation group (98.00%) was higher than that in the control group (84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Applying quality nursing to the nursing process of lung cancer patients can effectively guide the negative emotions of patients,reduce the incidence of digestive tract reaction,the incidence of skin mucosal injury,the incidence of bone marrow suppression,improve patient compliance,and patients are more recognized for the care service.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
