| Effect of evidence-based nursing on deep vein thrombosis formation after hepatectomy |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing (EBN) on formation of deep vein thrombosis(DVT) after hepatectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing hepatectomy in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group (n=60) and observation group (n=60) by random number table methods.The control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given EBN on basis of routine nursing.The incidence of lower limbs dropsy and DVT,depression and anxiety,evaluation on quality of life,and patient satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of lower limbs dropsy and DVT in observation group were 6.67% and 1.67%,lower than those in control group (20.00%,8.33%) (P＜0.05).After nursing intervention,scores of depression and anxiety in observation group were lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).After nursing intervention,score of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The patients′ satisfaction score in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion EBN can effectively prevent formation of DVT after hepatectomy,significantly reduce degree of depression and anxiety,improve their quality of life,and improve their satisfaction.
