| Application effect of holistic nursing in perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy |

Abstract Objective To discuss the application effect of holistic nursing in the perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy patients.Methods Sixty patients with ectopic pregnancy received in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of study.They were divided into routine group and intervention group according to lottery method,30 cases in each group.Routine nursing was applied in the routine group,and holistic nursing was applied in the intervention group on the basis of routine nursing.Anxiety,depression score,total incidence of complications and nursing total satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in intervention group were lower than those in routine group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05)；the total complication rate of the intervention group was lower than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05)；the nursing total satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention for patients with ectopic pregnancy during perioperative period can effectively alleviate their bad mood and reduce the occurrence of complications,thus improving nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
