美托洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗高血压的临床效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Metoprolol combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension.Methods Sixty patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to May 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd/even method with 30 cases in each group.In the control group,patients were treated with Nifedipine,and in the observation group,participants were treated with Metoprolol combined with Nifedipine.The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels before and after treatment,as well as the clinical effect and adverse reactions and quality of life after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The quality of life scores after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the quality of life score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Metoprolol combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension is remarkable,which can regulate the blood pressure level and improve the clinical efficacy.Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse reactions of this therapy is low and the treatment safety is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
