半日门诊管理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of half-day outpatient management in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 200 cases of gestational diabetes patients admitted to our hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects.All the included patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random grouping principle,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group was operated for half-day outpatient management,and the control group was given a nutrition clinic to guide the traditional health education.The blood glucose situation,score of related knowledge,compliance behavior and pregnancy outcome between the two groups were compared.Results The ideal rate of glycemic control in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The relevant knowledge acquisition score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the pregnancy weight gain was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The compliance behavior of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidences of abnormal liver function,lipid metabolism and renal dysfunction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and cesarean section rate,the incidence of low weight infant and macrosomia were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Through the management of gestational diabetes for half-day outpatient management,it can effectively improve patient compliance and cooperation,and effectively control the blood glucose of patients,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and improve the maternal and infant outcomes can be promoted in clinical practice.
