综合护理干预在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To probe into the application effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant women with scarred uterus. Methods A total of 100 cases of pregnant women with scarred uterus who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospective analyzed, and the patients were divided into control group(n=50) and observation group (n=50) according to the nursing plan. The control group were treated with the routine nursing intervention, while the observation group were treated with the comprehensive nursing intervention. Then, the duration of labor, postpartum hemorrhage, hospitalization time, pain score and pregnancy outcome of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total course of labor and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in the control group, the visual analogue scale （VAS） score and cesarean section rate were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups (P＞0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for pregnant women with scarred uterus are especially significant, which can effectively improve pregnancy outcomes, reduce labor time, reduce postpartum hemorrhage and pain, and ensure the safety of mothers and infants, thus it has clinical application value.
