三针法联合新创打结方式在中低位直肠癌预防性回肠造口术中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of three-stitch method combined with new knotting method in prophylactic ileostomy for mid and low rectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients undergoing prophylactic ileostomy for low and middle rectal cancer in General Surgery Department of Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from December 2014 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into observation group (36 cases) and control group (32 cases) according to different knotting methods.Patients in the observation group used the three-stitch method combined with new knotting method,while patients in the control group used the traditional knotting method.The incidence rates of postoperative stoma stenosis and stoma separation,and the time of knotting and suture were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The incidence rates of postoperative stoma stenosis and stoma separation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The time of knotting and suture in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional knotting methods,the three-stitch method combined with new knotting method can significantly reduce the incidence rates of stoma stenosis and stoma separation,and shorten the time of knotting and suture.The effect is remarkable,and this method is simple and worthy of clinical application.
