腹腔镜手术治疗妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with pregnancy and acute appendicitis.Methods Sixty pregnant patients with acute appendicitis treated in Yongfeng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into group A (30 cases) and group B (30 cases) according to the random number table method.Group A was treated with open surgery,and group B was treated with laparoscopy.The surgical time,postoperative anal exhaust time,time to get out of bed,length of hospital stay,total effective rate of treatment and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative anal exhaust time,time to get out of bed,and hospital stay in group B were shorter than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in group B was lower than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for patients with acute appendicitis during pregnancy can effectively save the patient′s surgical time,shorten the patient′s postoperative anal exhaust time,get out of bed activity time and hospital stay,improve the treatment effect of the patient,and reduce postoperative complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
