两种血液净化方式对维持性血液透析伴高血压患者的影响研究

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion combined with routine dialysis on maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis and hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) by even and odd drawing lots, the odd number was drawn as control group and the even number as observation group. The patients in the control group were treated by routine hemodialysis. The observation group was treated with hemoperfusion combined with routine dialysis. The changes of blood pressure, serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 4, 8 and 12 weeks of treatment, the diastolic and systolic blood pressures of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment, the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with routine dialysis has a good therapeutic effect on patients with maintenance hemodialysis and hypertension. Compared with routine hemodialysis, hemoperfusion combined with routine dialysis can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients with maintenance hemodialysis and hypertension, and has certain influence on the body mineral and bone metabolism indexes of patients.
