显微镜下病灶切除联合结膜瓣遮盖术治疗难治性角膜溃疡的临床效果分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of microscopic resection combined with conjunctival flap surgery in the treatment of refractory corneal ulcer.Methods60 cases of refractory corneal ulcer from April 2015 to April 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine medication,the observation group was treated with microscopic resection combined with conjunctival flap surgery.The clinical efficacy,the incidence rate of complications and visual acuity between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe cure rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of secondary glaucoma,corneal perforation,corneal staphyloma,conjunctival flap partial dissolution,conjunctival flap perforation and conjunctival flap slippage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The visual acuity of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of microscopic resection combined with conjunctival flap surgery in the treatment of refractory corneal ulcer is significant,which can effectively save the eye,promote the improvement of visual acuity,low complication rate and high safety,it has positive clinical significance.
