鱼腥草药浴配合莫匹罗星软膏治疗新生儿毒性红斑的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Heartleaf Houttuynia herbal bath combined with Mupirocin Ointment in the treatment of neonatal toxic erythema.Methods Sixty neonates with neonatal toxic erythema after birth in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study and were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) according to random number table method.The control group was bathed in warm water, while the observation group was treated with Heartleaf Houttuynia herbal bath and Mupirocin Ointment.The therapeutic effect, erythema dissipating time and impetigo condition between the two groups were compared.Results The erythema dissipating time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of impetigo in the observation group (0/30), lower than that in the control group (9/30),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, higher than that of the control group accounting for 80.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion For neonatal with neonatal toxic erythema, application of Heartleaf Houttuynia herbal bath combined with Mupirocin Ointment is effective, which can not only shorten the time of erythema dissipation, but also reduce the occurrence of impetigo, and has higher clinical application value.
