优质护理在继发性高血压并发脑出血护理中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in nursing care of secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 100 patients with secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50) by drawing lots.The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing on the basis of control group nursing.The quality of life and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results Before nursing intervention, there was no significant difference in quality of life score, SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P＞0.05).After nursing intervention, the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than that before nursing intervention, and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those before nursing intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage, high quality nursing can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the bad psychology of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worth popularizing.
