优化摄影参数对床旁胸部数字X线摄影质量及安全性的影响

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of optimizing radiation dose on the quality and safety of bedside chest digital X-ray photography (DR).Method A total of 120 patients who underwent bedside DR examination in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 patients in each group.The control group selected DR conventional photography parameters,while the observation group selected optimized photography parameters.The quality and scores of DR chest radiographs of the two groups of patients were compared, and the radiation doses received by the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no significant difference in DR chest radiograph quality and score between the two groups(P＞0.05).The radiation dose of patients in the observation group was (0.136±0.017) mGy, which was lower than that of the control group ([0.382±0.025]mGy), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The optimized photography parameters can reduce the radiation dose and have little influence on the image quality, making the bedside chest DR safer.
