丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼在小儿麻醉维持喉罩通气中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of Propofol combined with Remifentanil in pediatric anesthesia to maintain laryngeal mask ventilation.Methods A total of 59 children with surgery treated in our hospital from October 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the subjects, and divided into observation group (n=29) and control group(n=30) by random number table method.The observation group received anesthesia with Propofol combined with Remifentanil, and the control group received anesthesia with Dexmedetomidine combined with Remifentanil.The heart rate (HR), blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) during the operation, wake-up of the child after the operation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The HR in the observation group after anesthesia induction,laryngeal mask insertion, operation completion and laryngeal mask removal were lower than those in the control group,and the SpO2 were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The Ramsay sedation score of children in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion In pediatric surgery with laryngeal mask ventilation, the overall effect of using Propofol combined with Remifentanil is better than that of Dexmedetomidine combined with Remifentanil, the safety is higher, and it is worthy of clinical application.
