复方甲氧那明联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Methoxymine combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma (CVA).Methods From April 2017 to April 2018, 68 patients with CVA treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to the random digital table method, they were divided into the control group and the study group, 34 cases in each group.The patients in both groups received routine symptomatic treatment.On this basis, the control group was treated with Compound Methoxanamine oral treatment, and the study group was treated with Compound Methoxymine combined with Montelukast Sodium.The clinical efficacy, cough score before and after treatment and adverse reactions (including gastrointestinal adverse reactions, dyspepsia, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea) were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 97.06%, which was higher than that in the control group (82.35%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The daytime cough score and nocturnal cough score in the study group were (2.02±0.40) and(2.03±0.45) points, respectively, which were not significantly different from those in the control group for (2.05±0.37)and (2.06±0.42) points before treatment (P＞0.05).After treatment, the daytime cough score and nocturnal cough score in the study group were (1.01±0.05) and (1.03±0.04) points, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group for (1.35±0.25) and (1.31±0.30) points respectively, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.94%, lower than 20.59% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of Compound Methoxymine combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of CVA is remarkable.
