Orem自理护理模式和常规护理在儿童支气管哮喘中的应用对比

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application of Orem self-care model and routine nursing in children with bronchial asthma.MethodsA total of 104 children with bronchial asthma were enrolled in our hospital from October 2015 to April 2016.They were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group.Children with bronchial asthma in the experimental group were treated with Orem self-care model,and the reference group was treated with routine care.After 12 months of treatment,the control of asthma in both groups was compared and the evaluation of their drug compliance and the quality of life were observed.ResultsThe total control rate of asthma in the experimental group was 92.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the reference group(67.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The drug compliance of the experimental group was 96.2%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(71.2%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the experimental group and the reference group before the intervention (P>0.05).After intervention,the activity dimension,emotional dimension and symptom dimension of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionOrem self-care in children with bronchial asthma care model can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of asthma,improve asthma control rate,improve patient compliance and quality of life of drugs.
