米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Forty patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group (20 cases) and observation group (20 cases) according to the difference of single and double hospital bed tail numbers after admission.The patients in the control group were treated with Methotrexate alone,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Mifepristone on the basis of the drugs used in the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,serum β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) level and the time required to fall to the normal range were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%,higher than that in the control group (40.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than that in the control group (30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The serum β-HCG levels before treatment were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).The level of serum β-HCG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The time required to reduce β-HCG to the normal range in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with Methotrexate alone,Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate has a better effect on ectopic pregnancy with lower incidence of adverse reactions.It can reduce the serum β-HCG level of patients faster and shorten the treatment time,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
