Clinical effect of high-flux hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia |

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of high-flux hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia.Methods A total of 118 patients with uremia admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study.According to the random sampling method,they were divided into reference group (59 cases) and study group(59 cases).Patients in the reference group were treated with conventional hemodialysis,and patients in the study group were treated with high-flux hemodialysis.The total effective rate of treatment and renal function indexes (C-reactive protein,triacylglycerol,creatinine,urine microprotein,urea nitrogen),and immunoglobulin (IgA,IgM,IgG) levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.22%,which was higher than 64.41% in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of renal function indexes before treatment between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of renal function indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of renal function indexes of patients in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the immunoglobulin levels before treatment between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin of patients in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high-flux hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia patients is better than that of conventional hemodialysis,and the clinical symptoms are significantly improved.
