利巴韦林气雾剂联合甘草锌治疗疱疹性口腔炎的效果

Abstract [Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of Ribavirin Aerosol combined with Licorzinc in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis.Methods A total of 72 cases of children with herpetic stomatitis treated in pediatric department of our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the subjects of study.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,36 cases in each group.In the observation group,Ribavirin Aerosol combined with Licorzinc was adopted,while in the control group,Ribavirin Aerosol alone was used.The clinical efficacy,the time of fever abating,the time of appetite improvement,the disappearance time of herpes ulcer,white blood count(WBC)and the level of C-reactive protein (CRP)before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total clinical effectiveness rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was much higher than that of the control group accounting for 63.89%,with significant difference(P<0.05).The fever abating time,appetite improvement time and disappearance time of herpes ulcer in the observation group were greatly shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significances (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the WBC and levels of CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the WBC and levels of CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,with significant differences(P<0.05).The WBC and levels of CRP in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Ribavirin Aerosol combined with Licorzinc in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis is clear.The clinical symptoms are obviously improved,and the WBC and levels of CRP are reduced markedly.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
