阿法骨化醇软胶囊联合雷洛昔芬治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果

Abstract [Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules combined with Raloxifene in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis admitted to Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanchang City from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected and they were divided into the two groups according to computer randomization method.Each group had 50 cases.The control group was given Raloxifene Hydrochloride orally.The experimental group was given Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules combined with Raloxifene.The therapeutic effect,bone strength,bone metabolic markers and the inciedence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of bone strength related indicators in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of bone strength related indicators in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of bone metabolic markers in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of bone metabolic markers in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules combined with Raloxifene in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis is better.
