| Application effect of KABP mode in patients with hyperthyroidism |

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the application effect of knowledge,belief and nursing mode on treatment compliance and negative emotion of patients with hyperthyroidism.MethodsFrom March 2014 to May 2015,80 hyperthyroidism patients in our hospital were treated.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method.,40 cases in each group.Patients of the control group were given the routine nursing mode;patients in the observation group,on the basis of routine care were used KABP model,Followed up for 1,6 months,1 years,the treatment compliance of the two groups and the negative emotion and sleep quality score of the two groups after 1 year treatment were compared.ResultsThe result of the patients in the observation group took medicine on time,low iodine diet,regular review,after treatment for half a year than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment 1 year,the negative emotion score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the sleeping quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe nursing mode of knowing and believing can improve the treatment compliance,improve the bad mood,improve the sleeping quality of hyperthyroidism patients..It is worthy of clinical promotion.
