Abstract Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a type of disease that stomach esophagus is exposed to gastric acid,which always firstly manifested as gastroesophagal reflux and esophageal mucosal injury.Currently,its researches have been catching more attention.This review summarize the various literatures on the pathogenesis of GERD,treatment drugs,animal models and other aspects,in order to obtaining new ideas and clues for study of gastric esophageal reflux disease.
