| Influence of improving process management on the work efficiency of nursing management and patients′satisfaction degree in operation room |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application value of improving process management in nursing management of the operation room,and the influence on work efficiency and patients′satisfaction degree.MethodsThe sitution of 90 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were analyzed retrospectively,according to whether to improve the process management group,patients were divided into the control group and observation group,and there were 45 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing,while the observation group was given the improving process management on the basis of the routine nursing.After 7 days,the nursing quality and satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe score of nursing care,hygiene disinfection,nursing record,surgical environment and instrument management score and overall score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a statistical significance(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).ConclusionImproving process management applied in the operation room has a great significance,which can improve the nursing quality and promote the harmony of nurse and patient.
