延续护理在ICU 转出患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing in patients transferred from ICU. Methods From June 2016 to June 2018, 120 patients transferred from ICU of our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into control group (from June 2016 to May 2017) and observation group (from June 2017 to June 2018), 60 cases in each group. The control group adopted normal nursing mode, the observation group adopted continuous nursing mode. The ICU reentry rate, the cause of returning, the physiological indexes and medical compliance behavior in the two groups were compared. Results The ICU reentry rate in the observation group was 3.33%, it was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.00%) (χ2=8.086, P=0.004). Among the reasons for the returning, the respiratory disease was the primary cause, followed by heart failure and intracranial rebleeding or obstruction, and finally the cardiac arrest and surgical complications， the mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate(HR), breathing rate (RR), partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) and usea nitrogen (BUN) in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,while partial pressure of blood oxygen (PaO2) was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05)； the medical compliance rate of observation group was 95%, which was significantly higher than 78.33% of the control group (χ2=7.212, P=0.007). Conclusion Continuous nursing care can obviously reduce the ICU reentry rate, it also can improve the physiological indexes and medical compliance behavior, which is worthy of clinical application.
