Role of refined management in improving the quality of operating room care and surgical efficiency |

Abstract Objective To explore the role of refined management in improving the quality of nursing care and the efficiency of surgery. Methods A total of 132 cases of surgical patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the method of random number distribution, they were divided into control group (66 cases) and observation group (66 cases). In the control group, the traditional operating room management mode was used, and in the observation group the refined management mode was adopted. The quality of care and the effect of surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The quality scores of health education,sterility, item management, knowledge assessment and nursing records in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The operation time, preoperative preparation time and operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of refined management in the operating room can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of surgery and improve the quality of care, which is worth promoting.
