曲美他嗪联合大剂量阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定性心绞痛的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Trimetazidine combined with high dose Atorvastatin Calcium in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 100 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group(50 cases), the control group was treated with Trimetazidine combined with low dose Atorvastatin Calcium, while the observation group was treated with Trimetazidine combined with high dose Atorvastatin Calcium. The therapeutic effect,clinical indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CPR, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was higher than that in the control group, the differences were significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with high-dose Atorvastatin Calcium in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is ideal, can improve the treatment effect, improve the level of related indicators, ensure the health of patients, has very important clinical significance.
