| Effect of Modified Buqi Huoxue Recipe on interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and fibrinogen in patients with deep venous thrombosis after orthopedics surgery |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Modified Buqi Huoxue Recipe on interleukin-6 (IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and fibrinogen(FIB)in patients with deep venous thrombosis after orthopedics surgery.Methods A total of 78 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method,78 patients were divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic western medicine,observation group on the basis of the control group plus Modified Buqi Huoxue Recipe.After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and FIB were compared between two groups,the difference of the circumference of the lower limbs between the two groups before and after treatment was compared,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results The levels of IL-6,CRP and FIB in the two groups were lower than before(P＜0.05);and observation groups′indicators were lower than the control group (P＜0.05).The 15 cm diameter and circumference difference of patella superior and patella lower margin between the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the 15 cm diameter and circumference difference of patella superior and patella lower margin after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 92.31%,higher than that of the control group(61.54%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Buqi Huoxue Recipe has obvious curative effect on target patients.It can improve the levels of IL-6,CRP and FIB,and eliminate the deep venous thrombosis.It is worth popularizing.
