二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病合并高血脂症的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Metformin combined with Acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 82 cases of T2DM and hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to May 2018 were selected as subjects and were randomly divided into 2 groups.Fortyone patients in the control group were treated with Acarbose and forty-one patients in the study group were treated with Metformin.The clinical efficacy,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and systolic blood pressure(SBP)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group (95.12%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.73%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in FBG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,DBP and SBP levels between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).The levels of FBG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TC,TG,DBP and SBP in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The level of HDL-C in study group was higher than that before intervention,and the level of LDL-C in study group was lower than that before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Metformin is effective in the treatment of T2DM and hyperlipidemia with Acarbose,which is worthy of clinical application.
