胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in the treatment of early stage non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 110 cases of early stage non-small cell lung cancer patients were selected from January 2012 to March 2017 in our hospital.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the thoracotomy group and the thoracoscopy group,55 cases in each group.Traditional thoracotomy was used in the thoracotomy group,while thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer was used in the thoracoscopy group.The success rate,operation time,indwelling drainage tube time,blood transfusion volume,total drainage volume,number and amount of lymph node dissection group and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate between the thoracotomy group and the thoracoscopy group (P＞0.05).The operation time and indwelling drainage tube time of the thoracoscopy group were shorter than those of the thoracotomy group,and the amount of blood transfusion and total drainage of the thoracoscopy group were less than those of the thoracotomy group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the number and volume of lymph node dissection between the two groups(P＞0.05).The total incidence of complications in the thoracoscopy group was lower than that in thoracotomy group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer for patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer is accurate.It can effectively improve the patient′s condition,shorten the time of operation and drainage tube indwelling,reduce the volume of flow and bleeding,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worth popularizing.
