微创介入在恶性肿瘤综合治疗中的临床效果

Abstract Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive intervention in the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with malignant tumor from July 2016 to July 2018 treated in our hospital were selected as study objects.They were randomly divided into the minimally invasive interventional therapy group(30 cases)and the traditional chemotherapy group(30 cases).The minimally invasive interventional therapy group was given minimally invasive interventional therapy,while the traditional chemotherapy group was given routine chemotherapy.The improvement of clinical symptoms,white blood cell counts,Karnofsky(KPS)scores and clinical effect of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The improvement rates of nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite,fatigue,fatigue and pain of the minimally invasive interventional therapy group were significantly higher than those of the traditional chemotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The white blood cell counts and KPS score after treatment in the minimally invasive interventional therapy group were significantly higher than those in the traditional chemotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total remission rate of the minimally invasive interventional therapy group was significantly higher than those of the traditional chemotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of minimally invasive intervention is better than that of traditional chemotherapy in the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors.
