| Influence of hospital-family continuing nursing on rehabilitation effect and psychological status of patients with schizophrenia after discharge |

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of hospital-family continuing nursing on rehabilitation effect and psychological status of patients with schizophrenia after discharge.Methods All of 94 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as study objects and they were divided into the two groups,and each group had 47 cases.The control group was given routine discharge nursing,while the research group was given hospital-family continuing nursing.The score of compliance behavior,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),selfrating depression scale (SDS) and inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale (IPROS) were compared in patients between the two groups.Results The score of compliance behavior in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS score,SDS score and IPROS score in patients between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS,SDS and IPROS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion After discharge,schizophrenic patients received hospital-family continuing nursing have good compliance behavior,obvious rehabilitation effect,and good psychological improvement.
