| Effect of anesthesia recovery nursing in operating room on restlessness during recovery period of hysterectomy |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of anesthesia recovery nursing in operating room on restlessness during recovery period （EA） of hysterectomy.MethodsSeventy patients undergoing hysterectomy admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random sampling method,35 cases in each group.Routine nursing was given to the control group and anesthesia recovery nursing was given to the observation group.The degree of agitation,heart rate and blood pressure were compared between the two groups.Nursing satisfaction was recorded.Results The incidence of EA in the observation group was 25.71%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (48.57%) （P<0.05）.The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were (76.28±10.55) times/min,(85.32±10.42) mmHg and (135.68±12.57) mmHg,were lower than the control group for (87.11±8.44) times/min,(94.22±11.28) mmHg,and (148.28±13.38) mmHg,（P<0.05）;the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.29%,higher than 77.14% of the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention has a good effect on reducing the incidence of EA general anesthesia in patients with hysterectomy,which helps patients to recover their disease and reduce the occurrence of accidents,at the same time,improve nursing satisfaction.
