帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗长期住院精神分裂症伴焦虑症状患者的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of long-term hospitalized schizophrenia patients with anxiety symptoms.Methods A total of 80 long-term hospitalized schizophrenia patients with anxiety symptoms treated in our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Olanzapine tablets,while the study group was treated with Paroxetine on basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,anxiety,severity of illness and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group (80.00%),with statistical significance (P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score of the study group was (31.65±7.98) point,which was lower than that of the control group ([45.78±9.23]point),with statistical significance (P<0.05).The negative symptoms,positive symptoms,general psychiatry and total scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine can effectively alleviate anxiety symptoms and severity of anxiety symptoms in long-term hospitalized schizophrenia patients with anxiety symptoms,without increasing toxicity and side effects,and with high safety.
